So I was really lucky to have the experience of being in a TV show earlier this week! My friend Jann that I work with, her husband is a writer for a TV show called "ZEROS". It's about Zombies and it's kind of a spoof type film, like Shawn of the Dead. They had the whole set down on 2nd Street in Ogden, in an abandoned command center, it was pretty creepy! The SciFi channel gave them money to make this episode, it's called a Pilot episode, and then they will send it in to SciFi and if they like it they will request 6 more episodes, and then if they still like it they will make it a permanent show on the SciFi channel. The director that I worked with is the same director who did Forever Strong & Saints and Soldiers. He was really cool and really fun to work with! The creators of SciFi were there and they seemed to really love the show, so I think there is hope for the show to be picked up!
Okay, so originally I was supposed to be an extra who was protesting the treatment of zombies. The night before they found out that the girl who was supposed to play the "cheerleader zombie" character, couldn't make it. Apparently my friend sent them a photo of me and they said I was the perfect height, weight, etc.
I arrived the next morning at 7:30 a.m. and I was in makeup for 4 hours! The makeup artist and hair stylist were from Los Angeles and actually worked on the movie Zombieland. The cool makeup was all from that actual movie, the press on cuts and stuff. :)
Anyway, they wont know anything for about 8 months, but the director said he really liked me and I will be offered to play the character "Zombie Cheerleader" if the show gets picked up :)
Wahoo! I posted a couple pictures, and more will come when I get them!I signed a bunch of papers saying that I wouldn't put them on facebook etc, but I think the family blog is okay :)
That's about all that is going on with me :)
Kurt and I are so excited to go on the cruise!
We Love you all!

That sounds like fun! I love being on movie sets. That would be awesome if it got picked up and you had a regular acting job. :)
